The plain-language version of how we run our charters. Last updated January 2026.
A voyage is confirmed when we receive a 30% deposit. The balance is due 30 days before departure, or on the day of sailing for shorter charters.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure are refunded in full, less a small administrative fee. Within 60 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Within 14 days, the full charter fee is due. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
The captain has final authority on whether a voyage can safely proceed. If we cancel due to weather, you receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future sailing.
Routes are planned with you in advance, but the sea has its own opinions. The captain may adjust the itinerary for safety, weather, or local conditions, always in consultation with guests where possible.
Guests are asked to respect the boat, the crew, and other passengers. Please see our onboard rules. The captain may end a voyage early in cases of unsafe or disruptive behaviour, without refund.
The vessel is fully insured under Croatian maritime law. Guests sail at their own risk and are responsible for declaring any medical conditions before departure.
All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include VAT, fuel, mooring fees, food, and drinks as specified per voyage type.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in Split.
